We are currently seeking credit analysts for community banks in Jefferson, Dane, and Fond du Lac counties.  The credit analyst will assist loan officers in connection with loan activity by accompanying officers when calling on clients, developing and analyzing all types of credit information pertaining to diversified types of loans, and preparing credit reports, among other tasks as requested.  

We are currently seeking mortgage lenders for several strong Wisconsin community banks.  Positions are open in Racine, Dane, Milwaukee and Waukesha counties.  This lender will be responsible for originating new and existing 1-4 family 1st mortgages, home equity loans and home equity lines of credit.  The lender will also be responsible for analyzing customer information to identify the most appropriate product for each customer.  The lender is expected to establish and maintain solid business relationships with realtors, builders, and other lead sources.  

We are currently seeking a sales officer to focus on the treasury management portfolio of a community bank in Dane County.  The position will focus on generating fee income from new and prospective customers, and identify growth potential via cross-selling of treasury and other bank products.  This responsibility includes researching competitive offerings, portfolio analysis, preparing presentations and performing account analysis, in addition to conducting demonstrations, selling those solutions to the client, and collecting appropriate documentation to support the implementation of that service.  


We are currently seeking a loan servicing manager for a community bank in Dane County.  The position will be responsible for the overall review and supervision of the loan servicing function of the bank.  This will involve the entire servicing function from point of disbursement through loan maturity, payoff and satisfaction.  Ideal qualifications include experience with compliance/review and Fiserv.  

We are currently seeking commercial lenders for community banks across Wisconsin.  This lender will be responsible for developing and managing, as assigned, a self-developed commercial loan portfolio.  The lender will interview applicants, work through any client questions/issues, and determine the program/loan that best fit's the client's needs.  The lender review the file as it goes through processing and present loans above lending limits to the officers' committee and Board of Directors for approval.  The lender will also counsel delinquent customers and suggest solutions for minimizing loss.



We are in search of an accounting specialist for a community bank in Green County.  The position will be responsible for supporting the finance department to provide accurate financial information.  The accounting specialist will be expected to follow established internal control procedures in order to minimize the bank's risk of loss, and also contribute to the bank's profitability by ensuring that non-interest expenses are approved and processed for payment according to established policies and procedures.
